About Kay Stamps

Kay Milligan has been creating hand-crafted greeting cards for over 15 years. Through her company, Kay Stamps, she creates cards to sell, takes custom orders, and she thrilled to offer card-making workshops once again! Kay also sells stamping, papercrafting supplies, and crafting kits through Stampin' Up.

Kay is happy to bring a card-making class to you! Classes can be held in a home, office, place of worship, library, or any indoor location with a table and chairs. Card designs are available with a wide variety of themes, and can be individually customized to suit any occasion. The number of cards made can be set to fit in just about any time-frame. The complexity of the projects can be adjusted depending on the experience, craftiness, and age of the group, from the complete novice to the experienced papercrafter, and from children to teens and adults.
